My name is Tom Sandelands, Becky Sandelands’ son. I’ve been living in the Mille Lacs Lake region since 2012 and have had family and relatives on the lake all of my life. Born in Anoka, lived in England for a few years, went to Stillwater High school, one of my lifelong joys has always been spending time at the lake.

I worked as and audio engineer/sound designer in musical theater in the Twin Cities for 13 years prior to becoming an Agent (Broker as of Nov. 2015). During my time as an engineer I also developed a passion or photography, providing head shots for actors and promotional/ad work for production companies. I’ve taken great pleasure using that skill set for real estate, both in still imagery and highly detailed virtual tours.

In my down time I enjoy getting the kayak out and exploring the area lakes fishing, or heading out back with my bow or air rifle for some target time, or heading out to capture some images.

My name is Laurie Simonson and I live and work in the Aitkin/Mille Lacs Lake area. I grew up in the Twin Cities and have been living “up north” in the Mille Lacs area since 1995 and I absolutely love it.
