I have been selling properties in the Mille Lacs/Brainerd area since 1999 – I’ve been coming up here since I was three….not to give away my age, but that means I’ve been coming here for a LONG time. My personal experience outside of real estate includes a career as an Executive Secretary working in a very professional and fast moving environment in Stillwater. The economy has given us all a challenge over the last few years. The good news is that we have learned a lot. Properties have adjusted in value and buyers are better aware of lender requirements. Buyers are still buying and sellers are still selling. We get the joy of bringing you together.
